We provide digital products and digital services. Due to the nature of digital delivery, most purchases are final. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Digital Products

All downloadable digital products are non-refundable after access or download.

Refunds may be considered only if:
• The file is technically defective or cannot be opened
• The delivered product is significantly different from the description
• Delivery failed due to a technical error on our side

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with clear proof of the issue.

Digital Services

For service orders:
• Full refund is available if work has not started
• If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on completed work
• No refund after final delivery of agreed files or results

Review & Processing

Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of misuse or repeated unjustified claims.

Gift Card & Store Credit Policy

1. General Overview

Gift Cards and Store Credits are issued by MOHAMED LTD and are valid for use exclusively at the evoestore online store (https://www.google.com/search?q=evoestore.com). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card or Store Credit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Usage & Redemption

Closed-Loop System: Gift Cards and Store Credits can only be redeemed for the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by evoestore.

Non-Refundable: Gift Cards and Store Credits are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund, except where required by applicable law.

Transaction Limits: * The maximum daily issuance limit for a Gift Card is $9,999 USD per person.

The maximum daily redemption limit is $2,000 USD.

3. Fees & Expiration

No Fees: There are no activation fees, service fees, or dormancy fees that reduce the value of your card over time.

Expiration: Gift Card funds and Store Credits at evoestore do not expire, ensuring you can shop whenever you're ready.

4. Returns & Store Credit

If you return a product purchased with a Gift Card or Store Credit, the refund will be credited back to your store account or issued as a new Gift Card. No cash refunds will be provided for such transactions.

Store Credit issued as a "Loyalty" or "Promotional" reward may have specific terms mentioned at the time of issuance.

5. Risk of Loss

MOHAMED LTD and evoestore are not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed Gift Cards, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. Please treat your Gift Card code like cash.

We reserve the right to close customer accounts or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed.
